The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nasariganj (Rajpur) PS Case No. 67 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 384, 385, 386, 395, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure-2 submits that the co-accused, namely, Sanjay Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59044 of 2017 whereas other coaccused, namely, Sudama Yadav and Sushila Devi @ Sushila Yadav have also been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.09.2017 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 36743 of 2017.

No.54966 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each after 21.10.2018 to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) PS Case No. 67 of 2017.
