04.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 53(A) of the Excise Amendment Act.

The petitioner is said to be arrested when he was creating nuisance in inebriated condition for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 09.05.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
