The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case no. 195 of 2018, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Rupesh Kumar Paswan. Further submission is that co-accused Rupesh Kumar Paswan, who is co-villager of the informant has inimical term with the petitioner and he disclosed the name of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the
