The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case no. 195 of 2018, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Rupesh Kumar Paswan. Further submission is that co-accused Rupesh Kumar Paswan, who is co-villager of the informant has inimical term with the petitioner and he disclosed the name of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54697 of 2018(2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
