The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7753 of 2021.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case
