JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider his case for appointment on compassionate ground.
The mother of the petitioner was Assistant Teacher in Govt. Primary School, Gidahan, Anchal-Phulwaria, District Gopalganj. She died in harness on 20.02.2019. The petitioner applied for compassionate appointment on 15.03.2019. The matter is pending before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj, and no decision has been taken on the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14895 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Considering the object of the compassionate appointment, the Court direct the respondent to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the present writ petitions stands disposed of.
