Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 448, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of making assault to the informant, her husband and one year old grand-son. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury has been found to be superficial, simple in nature and the informant has retracted from the initial version.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 566 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22677 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 Magistrate, Supaul.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
