Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
