The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 2101 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that he purchased a piece of land from the petitioner and came in possession but later on it is transpired that the petitioner who is his vendor inserted wrong survey number in the sale deed.

It is submitted that the dispute is out and out of civil nature.

Considering the fact aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of

No.16567 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 2101 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
