2. The application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 8744 of 2022 which stood dismissed for default on 08.09.2022 on account of non compliance of the peremptory order dated 11.08.2022 passed by a Bench of this Court.
3. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that
6/6 to ensure compliance of the peremptory order, the defects were partly removed; however part of the defects could not be removed, hence it resulted into dismissal of the writ petition. He fairly submitted that the rest of the defects shall be removed within a period of three weeks.
4. In view of the submission advanced and the averments made in the application, the present restoration application stands allowed. CWJC No. 8744 of 2022 stands restored, with a direction to remove the remaining defects within the period stipulated.
