JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

No doubt, petitioners are named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, FIR named two accused made indiscriminate firing on the deceased and so far as petitioners are concerned; it is only stated that they had also entered into conspiracy along with the other accused. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by different

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36336 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihra P.S.
