JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the grievance of the petitioner is confined to non-consideration of his case for grant of two annual increments.

He submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of such grievance. In view of the above, the present proceeding is dropped.

Patna High Court MJC No.315 of 2017(6) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 The application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance as to non-payment of two annual increments before the Registrar of the University who is under obligation to take appropriate decision by placing the grievance of the petitioner within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of such representation, raising such grievance by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present application stands disposed of.
