Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-a), 25(i-aa), 25(i-ac and 26/35 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that mini gun factory was unearthed from the house of the petitioners and unfinished firearms as well as other apparatus were recovered from there, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 343 of 2016 pending in the court of Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Bhagalpur stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
