Having regard to the fact that the petitioners are contractual employees of the D.R.D.A. and have a grievance as with regard to payment of their wages as also other terms and conditions of their service, this

Patna High Court CWJC No.6930 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 Court for the time being without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioners would direct the Principal Secretary of the Rural Development Department to consider such grievance of the petitioners as is sought to be highlighted in the representation filed by the them on 02.01.2015 as contained in Annexure-7.

That being so, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary of the Rural Works Department to examine the claim of the petitioners in terms of the aforementioned representation dated 02.01.2015, and pass a reasoned order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
