Considering the fact that the elected representative of the local body is not available as bailors, the condition for release of the petitioner imposed vide order dated 01.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 40276 of 2019 is modified to the extent that instead of Rs.10,000/-, the petitioner shall be released on security amount of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each and the bailors should be the family members of the petitioner.
