Nothing more is required to be said in the writ application of the petitioner over and above the decision, which has been notified and brought on record by the petitioner himself now in Annexure-9, where the terms and conditions of such engagement for the persons relating to the category of the petitioner has already been indicated. His claim and right will be strictly guided

Patna High Court CWJC No.2244 of 2015 dt.01-05-2015 2/2 within the parameters of such engagement, taking in view that petitioner was not a government servant initially, but was conferred the benefit only by a judicial declaration.
