2. The petitioner sought for modification of the word "petitioner" to that of respondent at page No.2 of the order in the following paragraph.

2.1 "Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply particulars of the auction of the purchaser as also the details of the auction sale."

3. The word 'petitioner' cited in the aforementioned recording is to be read as 'respondent' instead of petitioner. To that effect, the order dated 18.08.2022 stands modified. The present petition stands

Patna High Court MJC No.1759 of 2022(5) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 disposed of.

4. Other submission made by the petitioner stands rejected for the reasons that scope of modification of any order is limited to the extent what is error committed, inadvertently, by this Court.
