Petitioner seeks bail in Mejorgunj P.S. Case No.88 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 2782, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 17.7 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from bag of the petitioner kept on motorcycle. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
