The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 92/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is alleged in the written report that a dead body of unknown lady has been recovered by the Chaukidar. The same was thrown on the land of late Dharamdeo Yadav. Name of this petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Sudhir Kumar. It is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 07.06.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55261 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 92/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
