The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the enquiry report dated 12.10.2018, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 99
