The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 112/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506/498A/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After going through the records, it is found that the deceased was a patient of renal failure and she was being treated for that. It has also come that the petitioner is working in cement factory in Maihar, Madhya Pradesh. Petitioner is the brother-inlaw of the deceased. Prima facie there is no material to connect the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62677 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 petitioner with the death of the deceased.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 112/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
