The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased. The informant alleged that he got information that his daughter was killed by her husband, sister-in-law and brother-in-law and her dead body was thrown in the river. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no manner of concern with the family affairs of her brother and his wife. The petitioner is a married woman and is living in her Sasural with her husband.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21206 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, District Saran in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 458/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
