In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the minor girl of the Informant was kidnapped by the petitioner with the assistance of his family member for the illegal purpose of marriage. The girl was recovered, she made her statement about the affair with the petitioner.
Today learned counsel for the Informant has produced an application that the girl has been taken away by the petitioner. It does not stand to the reason that when she has accepted her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32494 of 2016 (2) dt.19-08-2016 affair with the petitioner, the question of taking her away forcefully does not arise. The photocopy of the application aforesaid is being kept in the record of this case. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016.
