That a petition for releasing the said articles is also filed before the A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur on 13.11.13 which is still pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur", In view of the aforesaid statement made in paragraph 17 of the application, the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for releasing the articles seized in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 73 of 2013 is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
