The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020 registered under Section 341/323/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 62256 of 2021(3) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Munger in connection with Mufassil P.S.
