2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2016 in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 25(1-b) A, and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the recovery of the country made gun has been made from the house of one Sonu Mishra who has not even been made accused. No recovery of any incriminating articles has been made from the possession of the petitioner, or from his house.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction
