Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dmra P.S. Case No. 202 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he as been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62085 of 2021(3) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
