Petitioner seeks bail in Suppi P.S. Case No.133 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 272, 273, 290 IPC and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total 75 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 16.06.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
