Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol and one motorcycle are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. So far seized motorcycle is concerned, petitioner claims his ownership regarding the aforesaid motorcycle and in support of the aforesaid claim, annexure 2, photo copy of registration certificate of the aforesaid motorcycle, has been filed.

So far as recovery of firearm is concerned, admittedly, no cartridge has been recovered and for the aforesaid recovery, petitioner is in jail custody since 8.2.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
