2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to implement the order dated 26.06.2024 passed by the District Teacher's and Employees Dispute Redressal Authority, Gopalganj in Appeal No. 94/2023.

3. Since, the petitioner is a Panchayat teacher, in view of the Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along

Patna High Court CWJC No.12259 of 2025(2) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority under the aforesaid provision for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above directions.
