Heard Mr. Indeshwari Prasad Mandal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Shyameshwar Dayal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application.
