The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 325, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioner had given Rs.1,00,000/- to the matrimonial brother of the informant and his matrimonial brother moved anywhere then petitioner made demand to the informant to return the aforesaid money then informant accepted to return the money after arrangement. In the meantime, on 22.03.2019, petitioner came to the house of informant and commit Marpit with his mother, in which, his

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, regarding the money as taken by the matrimonial brother of the informant, his mother had given a cheque of Rs.49,000/-, which was dishonoured, regarding which, petitioner had lodged Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019, under Section 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, due to that reason, the present case has been lodged only to give undue pressure. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
