Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hathua P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no injury caused on the prosecution side, which is apparent from the order-sheet of the Court below. Considering the aforesaid submission and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 151 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
