20-08-2016 Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Ansarul Haque, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 11-06-2016 in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to village politics, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, whereas, after going through the F.I.R., the Court is satisfied that it is not a case for grant of bail. Dismissed.
