JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2018 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 01.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7046 of 2011 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an order dated 07.12.2016 has now been passed by the opposite partiesAssistant General Manager, State Bank of India (SAMB) as contained in Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the respondent-Bank,

3. None appears on behalf of any of the opposite parties when the matter is called.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1207 of 2017 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
