The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners and the husband of the informant are own brother. On account of family dispute the incident took place as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. He referred to paragraph-9 to contend that the present case is counter blast case of the complaint Case No. 299 of 2018 filed by the petitioners against the informant's

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial, Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
