In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 224 of 2006/373 of 2009 arising from Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 267 of 2001 registered for offences u/s 386, 307 and 353 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was earlier granted, but he has misused the privileged of bail for four months.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would cooperate in disposal of the case and remain present on day to day basis. On this assertion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32677 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad in connection with S.Tr. No. 224 of 2006/373 of 2009 arising from Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 267 of 2001, subject to the condition that (i) one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner and (ii) the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any valid reason, the court below will have liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
