JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking removal of encroachment made over Aam Rasta over C. S. Plot No. 3020 and 3021 corresponding to R. S. Plot No. 3452, 3455, 3589 in Dhandihan Mouza Revenue Thana No. 0133 under Koilwar Circle.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Koilwar Circle i.e. the Respondent no. 3 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.662 of 2017(4) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 today under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, the same shall be considered by the Respondent no.3, in accordance with law, and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate order shall be passed within 12 weeks, thereafter.
