The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Hathiyawan O.P.) P.S. Case No. 469 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 304B and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
