No. 863 of 2024 by this Court only to extent of extension of time as granted to the petitioners.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, this application is allowed.

3. The time of three months vide paragraph no. 04 of

Patna High Court MJC No.2464 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 the order dated 05.04.2024 in C.W.J.C. No. 863 of 2024 is extended by three months. The time in the paragraph no. 06 is extended by three months and the status-quo shall be maintained.
