JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 27501 of 2017 on merit and there is allegation that they had administered poison to the husband of the informant and FSL report supports the same.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are in custody since 1.12.2016 and till date four witnesses have been examined and there is no likelihood to conclude the trial in near future, though there was direction to conclude the trial within a period of nine months. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55912 of 2018 (2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 and, hence, this application is dismissed.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial by conducting it on regular basis so that the trial may be concluded as soon as possible.
