The petitioner seeks bail in Andhramath P.S. Case No. 101 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner and 15-20 unknown persons made indiscriminate firing, as a result of which 06 persons sustained firearm injury.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in fact on the alleged date of occurrence there was an altercation between the parties over the issue of grazing of grass. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. There is

Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhramath P.S.
