This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 341,323,307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant of this case is mother of the petitioner, who has made allegation against the petitioner of assaulting her. Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is rejected.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50315 of 2019(2) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
