====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 12-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 02.11.2022 some amount has been received, on which the petitioner is not satisfied and has objection. Counsel for the State submits that in compliance of order dated 02.11.2022 all the admissible dues have been calculated, some of its part has been paid and pension amount has been sanctioned. A letter has also communicated to the Accountant General for issuance of P.P.O., so that payment

In the above said background that admissible dues has been considered by the authorities, this application is hereby disposed off with liberty to the petitioner, that if he has any grievance from the admissible dues as shown in the counter affidavit, he may represent himself before the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.4), who shall decide his representation within 6 weeks from the date of filing of same and pass a reasoned order in this regard and within further two weeks assure the payment of petitioner as ascertained by him in the said order. With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
