2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27224 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to mistake committed by the typist while typing the petition, the name of P.O. and P.S. of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "P.O.- Dhanauli" and "P.S.- Tarbhangra" in place of "P.O.- Tiwari Bazar" and "P.S.- Tarabganj".

4. Accordingly, the modification application filed by the petitioner is allowed and the order dated 15.05.2023 is modified to the above extent.

5. The office is directed to make necessary corrections in view of the address of the petitioner given in the modification petition.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Begusarai forthwith for its compliance as the petitioner is in custody.
