JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 436, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons abused the informant, assaulted the informant and his brother and put the house of the informant on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the all injuries of the informant and his brother, except one injury of the informant for which the opinion has been kept reserved,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22283 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 have been found to be simple and there is nothing on record to suggest that actually the house of the informant was put on fire. The informant is agnate of the petitioners and in the background of land dispute, the accusation has been levelled. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned cour t below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 400 of 2012 pending in the court of learned CJM, Supaul.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
