JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground that deceased had illicit relation with her, which caused annoyance to her husband. The husband of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 12.04.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- II Supaul in connection with Chattapur
