In view of the order placed at page 29, we find no reason for drawing the contempt as the order has been passed by the Managing Director, Biscomaun in purported compliance of the judgment and order passed in L.P.A. No. 1374/2014 and if it does not suit the petitioner, he can take recourse to such remedy as is available to him in law, by filing an appropriate application before the appropriate forum but no case for contempt is made out. Proceeding is dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of.
