The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No.352 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 504, 506 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Regard being to the specific allegation made against petitioner nos.1, 7 and 10, namely, Upendra Sada, Jay Jay Ram Sada and Hareram Sada, their application for grant of pre-arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56877 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 bail is rejected.
As far as other petitioners, namely, Shravan Sada, Bindeshwari Sada, Bhikhari Sada, Raushan Sada @ Roshan Sada, Gango Sada, Amit Sada and Amarjit Sada are concerned, since allegation against them is omnibus and general, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S.
