JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

A raid was conducted at the poultry farm of petitioner wherefrom 3099 pouch of 200 ml countrymade wine was seized in absence of petitioner for which, petitioner happens to be under custody since 20.06.2016. As per Para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Dhananjay Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P. S. Case no.08 of 2016.
