The writ petition was filed for direction to the respondents to make necessary correction in the result of the Bihar Elementary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test-2017. Noticing the large number of complain the Bihar School Examination Board has published the advertisement in light of the objection.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the notice was published after filing of the writ petition and petitioner has filed writ petition before the advertisement was published at the instance of the Bihar School

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent Bihar School Examination Board to take appropriate decision with regard to correction in the result of the petitioner in Bihar Elementary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test-2017.

Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the Bihar School Examination Board at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
